What to Bring to Your Appointment
Statements are sent out monthly. If you have questions or are not able to pay your bill within ten days of receipt, please call our office at 605.217.7010 to make arrangements. We do file insurance claims for you and want to help you receive reimbursements from your insurance company. If you encounter problems with your insurance company, please contact us. We can help.
