Timothy G. Kneib, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Kneib joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 1998. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Kneib earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. He completed his internship and residency in urology at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, Tennessee.

Dr. Block joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2007. He grew up in Sibley, Iowa, and attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Block completed his medical degree, internship and residency at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.

Dr. Bourne, joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2011. He grew up in Sioux City and attended The University of Tulsa, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Dr. Bourne completed his medical degree at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He finished his internship and residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois.


David H. Daniels, M.D., F.A.C.S.

David H. Daniels, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Daniels joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2014. He grew up in Sioux City and attended the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Science. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa. He completed his residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine.


Jamie L. Olsen, D.O.

Jamie L. Olsen, D.O.

Dr. Olsen joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2018. He grew up in Estherville, Iowa. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a degree in Biology in 2008. He then continued his education at the Des Moines University-College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated in 2013 with a degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Olsen then attended the Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia where he finished his Internship and Residency programs.

Dr. Althaus joined Siouxland Urology in 2018. He grew up in Sioux City and attended the University of Iowa, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Science. Dr. Althaus completed his medical degree at Washington University, School of Medicine in St. Louis. He finished his internship and residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Althaus recently finished his fellowship program at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, UK.

Patrick Honner joined Siouxland Urology Associates in 2011. He grew up in Yankton, SD and attended South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD for his undergraduate degree.  Then completed his Physician Assistant studies at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion SD.

Luke Sachau, an Allen, Neb. native, graduated from Briar Cliff University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. in 2013.

Sarah Brend joined Siouxland Urology in 2017. She grew up in Lohrville Iowa. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ, a Master of Public Health degree from Saint Louis University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies form AT University in Mesa, AZ.


Chad Millikan, ARNP-C

Chad Millikan, ARNP-C

Chad Millikan joined Siouxland Urology in 2017. He is a native of northwest Iowa. He received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University. He received his Masters of Science in Nursing with focus on Family Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Morningside College, Sioux City Iowa.

Health concerns for patients, staff, and physicians, has created changes in our scheduling of appointments. Appointments that the physicians require direct contact with will continue at our office. We will contact these patients.

Other patients can be seen with Telehealth services. This service allows patients to be seen via an internet connection. The connection will require a camera, which is a common feature on your computer, phone, laptop, or tablet. Please call our office if you would like to make a telehealth appointment at (605) 217-7000

For patients that call for a telehealth appointment, we will verify that your insurance will cover the visit, and then set a time for you to log into https://sxlandurology.doxy.me. Once you are into this website, you will need to select the name of your provider. This will place you in a wait area, where the provider will join you for your session.
