Chad Millikan joined Siouxland Urology in 2017. He is a native of northwest Iowa. He received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University. He received his Masters of Science in Nursing with focus on Family Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Morningside College, Sioux City Iowa.
